NYVS (New York Vegan Society) celebrates plant-based food, culture, and innovation. The expo-style festival is a comprehensive exploration of the fastest-growing trend in cuisine we’ve seen in decades. In addition to New York’s top vegan chefs, vendors, and producers, the expo will feature unique attractions such as The Vegan Kiosk, an art installation, a celebrity chef book signing, multiple panel discussions, food demos, live entertainment, and the 2023 Vegan Wall Of Fame.
This one-day event taking place on March 4th, 2023, created by MHG in partnership with the City Of NY, Industry City, and the NY Eats Organization, focuses on innovation and innovators in the space as the first expo of its kind.
